Having problems screaming video from reliable websites

I am having a problem streaming video from very reliable websites while using Mobile Security. However, when I uninstall Mobile Security, the video feed was working perfectly. Does this have to do anything with VPN configurations?

I don’t have another VPN on my iPhone 

iOS , not steaming as I don’t know what it is?

this is as far as I know 

I have iPhone 12.

I believe my phone has been cloned
