Getting logged out of TM mobile on iPhone and ipad
Why am I getting logged out of TM mobile on IPhone 12 and iPad? I do not manually sign out. I have to check every day to see if I am logged in. No notification if logged out.

Welcome to Trend Micro Home Users Community!
This is an unusual behavior of the Trend Micro software, may I know if you have already log in since installing the software as you will first need to sign in for the account to be connected.
Also, have you enabled the permission needed for the application to work properly.

This problem occurred months ago after an update. Already had TM on my devices. And what “permission” are you referring to? Do I need to sign out and sign in again to fix this problem? And would I be signing in with my Apple ID or with my TM account password?

I'm sorry for the misunderstanding, I would like to ask further description and explanation of the symptoms you are experiencing.
Are you getting logged out, in the Trend Micro mobile security application?
Also, may I know if you lose your full version access like web guard being disabled and other features being lock when logged out?
