Facebook & Twitter

I have deactivated Facebook and Twitter but Trend Micro still wants to scan these deactivated social media. Is there anyway to stop Trend Micro from attempting this?

Welcome to Trend Micro Home Users Community!

 

You can try to open the Trend Micro mobile security main console and click the scan button, after scanning kindly go to the privacy tab in there you can choose to ignore the social media scanner for twitter and Facebook.

 

Also, please make sure that your Trend Micro mobile security is up to date to avoid bugs. You can follow the instructions below to update your Trend Micro software.

 

1. Open the Google Play Store app 
2. At the top right, tap the profile icon.
3. Tap Manage apps & device. Apps with an update available are labeled "Update available." You can also search for a specific app. 
4. Tap Update.
