Facebook not being scanned

When I open my Mobile security, it reads “security 1 thing to fix” I then attempt to fix it only to get the message “Due to a Facebook update, feature not available. Please check back later”. I have updated Facebook and ensured my mobile security is up to date. How do I fix this problem or is it related to Trend Micro needing to fix?

I'm sorry you are experiencing this kind of concern this is an unusual behavior of the Trend Micro Mobile Security. Kindly follow the instructions below to check if it will fix the issue.

1. Open Trend Micro Mobile Security 
2. Go to the settings menu 
3. Log out your Trend Micro account 
4. After logging out, kindly log back in.

If the Issue still persists after following the steps please try to reset your phone and then check if there are any updates on both Facebook and Trend Micro application

I have done that but still says facebook update.
