Hi, barbaracook6

Upon checking here, your Trend Micro Mobile Security for iOS is already renewed successfully and it will now expire on 06/06/2022.

Feel free to message us again for any clarifications or queries.

Thank you,

Hi barbaracook6,

May I know if this is happening on your mobile device? If it is, kindly follow the instructions below to activate it again.

1. Open Trend Micro Mobile Security
2. Go to the settings menu
3. Log out your Trend Micro account
4. After logging out, kindly logged back in.

After that it should update your Trend Micro expiration date.

Hope this helps!

Hi barbaracook6,

Welcome to Trend Micro Home Users Community!

Upon checking your account, your subscription is valid until 02/01/2022. Can you open your Trend Micro main console and check if you have the same expiration date?

May I also know where did you received the message saying your subscription has expired?

Awaiting for your response.

I received this morning. The 2/1/2022 is for my laptop. It’s my mobile that I received message but that automatically renews as well. Back on 5/10/2021 I received email saying it will automatically renew on 6/7/2021. Says it expired on 6/7/2021 for mobile.
