Connection issues

Could not connect to Amazon work app and other sign on functions in app. I disabled the new  “block trackers” function in web guard and problem was resolved.

17.0.3 and one before.

happen with WiFi connection and on the road too so don’t know about mobile data

  • Amazon A to Z app version:
  • Is there a prompt before to allow tracking activities on the Amazon A to Z app?
  • What was the error message that appears during sign-in?
  • Does this happened before, and did you experience this on other apps?
  • Did you press any other buttons before the problem started, besides the sign-in one?

Look I choose block trackers on the micro trend app and I can’t sign on to Amazon app after I installed it. I disabled it and it works. Was letting people know. Live with it . Figure it out. Leave me alone.
