Blocks pictures on email

We understand that you have to manually click on the "show content" first in order to see the pictures on the email.

 

To better understand the current issue that you are experiencing, please provide the following:

  

iOS version: 

Email Client: 

 

In most cases, these could be due to the way your email application is configured. Particularly the "Load Remote Images" or "Protect Mail Activity" options under the email application in Settings App.

 

To check this:

 

1. Open your Settings App

2. Scroll down and tap on Mail

3. Turn on "Load Remote Images" under Messages category

 

But if you are not seeing that option on your end:

 

1. Look for "Privacy Protection" and tap on it

2. Turn on "Protect Mail Activity".

 

If "Protect Mail Activity" is already turned on, turn it off and then turn it back on again. the "Block All Remote Content" option should appear and will give you an option to turn it off.
