Blocked Website Issue

I was looking to replace a mug my hubbie broke and strayed into several random websites. I’m on an iPad Air and was using Google Chrome. A while later Trend Micro bobbed up blocking one of the sights. It is coming up multiple times a day. I cleared the history and cache of chrome and when this didn’t help I deleted the app. This still hasn’t resolved the issue. I’ve also cleared history and cache on safari just in case. No Luck, still this website is trying to open. What is my next option? I’m glad the program is being blocked by trend but I need to stop this cycle.
