App Subscription Renewal Made Through Apple Store Not Recognized
I am writing to report an issue with my app subscription renewal. I renewed my subscription through the Apple Store, but the app continues to display a message that the renewal was not made. I have already tried restoring my purchase by clicking on the link, but the issue still persists. I even made a second subscription due to doubts, but the problem still persists.
I have tried the following steps to resolve the issue, but none of them worked:
- Checked if my subscription is active by going to the App Storeapp on my device and tapping on my profile picture. Then, I tapped on Subscriptions and checked if my subscription is active. If it is not, I tried to renew it.
- Forced quit the app and then reopened it.
- Uninstalled and reinstalled the app.
