App Subscription Renewal Made Through Apple Store Not Recognized


I am writing to report an issue with my app subscription renewal. I renewed my subscription through the Apple Store, but the app continues to display a message that the renewal was not made. I have already tried restoring my purchase by clicking on the link, but the issue still persists. I even made a second subscription due to doubts, but the problem still persists.

I have tried the following steps to resolve the issue, but none of them worked:

  1. Checked if my subscription is active by going to the App Storeapp on my device and tapping on my profile picture. Then, I tapped on Subscriptions and checked if my subscription is active. If it is not, I tried to renew it.
  2. Forced quit the app and then reopened it.
  3. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app.

Try offloading Trend Micro Mobile Security and signing in again to check if the issue still persists.

Here's what you need to do:

  1. Head to Settings and find the "General" section.
  2. Navigate to the 'Storage' section, which might be labeled as "iPad Storage" or "iPhone Storage."
  3. Scroll down to the list of apps and locate Trend Micro Mobile Security.
  4. Tap on the blue "Offload App" button.
  5. Confirm that you want to remove the app by tapping "Offload App."

After completing these steps, reopen the app and sign in to activate.
