Add IOS Device to Micro Trend Security: app not for your country or your region
All,
I use Trend Micro Antivirus for MacBook Air in Germany, Version German.
Now I would like to add one device. It is a brand-new ipad.
Procedure (original hints are in german, this is a translation):
- Open Trend Micro Antivirus
- Protect additional device, result: new screen
- Screen says:
Headline: Protect additional device
Body: protected devices
You can add two more devices (up to max 3).
Click <+> to add a new device
- Click on <+> add, and “IOS”; result: new screen
a) send E-Mail
- b) copy link
c) scan QR-code
I tried all three options
The result and message is:
There is no app for your country or your region.
What is necessary to successfully install Micro. Antivirus on an ipad?

Yes, iPads' and all apple products still requires Antivirus programs like Trend Mobile Security and Trend Maximum Security. Threats are continuously evolving, from the websites that we visit, apps that we install and files that we downloaded online can have malicious links and threats. Keep your devices covered!
