If you're having trouble getting the screen to load when you're trying to activate Mobile Security with an activation code, we've got some steps you can follow:

  1. First, close the mobile security app completely.
  2. Next, clear the cache and data of the Mobile Security app.
  3. Now, go ahead and restart your device.
  4. After your device is up and running again, open the Mobile Security app once more and give activating with the activation code another shot.

If you're still running into problems, you can try activating mobile security through the Trend Micro Activation Portal. Once that's done, you can activate Mobile Security using the "Sign In To Use Existing License" option instead of the activation code. That should do the trick!
