@tm_carlo​ Every incoming message I respond to I get the text error under the bubble "message not sent tap to try again".

Can you try restarting your phone, also check for if there are any pending updates on your phone. You can also check if you've been blocked by the recipient, or if your carrier is having network issues. You can also try clearing the messages cache or making sure your SIM card is inserted properly.

@tm_vince​ I have restarted my phone. I don't have network errors. I tried on WiFi and mobile data. I've cleared what few messages I had. SIM card has not been removed in 3 years. 

NOW... My call block will not update the spam dictionary.

Have you tried contacting your Network Provider about this issue?

Also may I ask when did the issue started?
