where do I find system tuner

NO, I'm sorry to report there is nothing there, That future was on my Trend Micro app and it worked very well, without it my phone is running very slow, System tuner used to keep my phone in tune and stopped a lot of the crap that slowed down my phone, I don't understand why the cell phone repair shop deleted that portion of the app?

Also, to add the App Stop shortcut to your Home screen, please follow the instructions below:
1. Open Mobile Security App.

2. Tap App Stop or App Freeze.

3. Tap the App Stop Logo on the upper right and then Tap Add Shortcut.
