Web guard VPN affecting WhatsApp
With Web guard VPN turns on, unable to see the video, the screen is black colour and the other party seeing me in black colour while making WhatsApp video call, able to hear and communicate by audio during video call. Once web guard turns off, the video call resume normally.

This is not the usual behavior of our product. To isolate the issue, please try to uninstall the Trend Micro Mobile Security app then try to reinstall the Trend Micro Mobile Security app again then check if the issue still persists.
