Security always turning its self off

Same for me - it turns itself off for "monitoring for malicious app activity" 🤷🏻‍♂️.

We would like to ask for some clarifications on this concern: does the Potentially Unwanted Cleaner App feature of Trend Micro Mobile Security keep being unchecked after restarting the device?

May we ask also for the current Trend Micro Mobile Security?

In my opinion - yes. This function is "self-disabled" generally 🤷🏻‍♂️. That is, it is always turned off 😀.

Thank you for the confirmation. 

Since this issue has already been identified on our end, the next update to mobile security will include a fix for it. 

For now, you may manually check the Potentially Unwanted Cleaner App until the next update release every time you restart your device.
