Renewal

on my phone, you keep telling me to renew my subscription and that I have 4 or 5 things to fix. Not able to do and I do not need to renew as already done that

 So please sort this all out  and let me know

Hi jpdewey,

 

Upon checking here, your subscription is valid until April 2023. Kindly follow the instructions below to activate the mobile security.

 

1. Open Trend Micro Mobile Security 
2. Go to the settings menu of the app
3. Tap Log-out
4. After logging out, kindly sign back in.

 

After that it should update your Trend Micro expiration date.
