If you already paid Optus but are being asked to pay again, it does sound strange and should raise an alert.

On our side, we've checked your account and order history in our system, and we cannot find the purchase record. For your question on "mobile details", we only have a record of your Mobile Security license that expired in Jan. 2016. We suggest you to contact Optus support to verify your new order.

For your reference, you can go to Trend Micro MyAccount Portal to view and manage all your PC and mobile licenses. Thank you.
