MOBILE SECURITY 15.4.0 KEEPS CRASHING AND DRAINED BATTERY

Hi, i have been using trend micro cross devices for years just that on my among phone till recently i notice the apps keeps crashing and restart reload by utself nd drained my phone battery twice from before.

@tm_glenn​ Thanks for the update on it. However, is there any suggestions that you could share it with me while waiting for the patches to be released. Any means that i could implants in order to preserve my phone battery and usages besides than i have to uninstall and reinstall it bC again later.

Hi @mhmdhidayat ,

For the mean time you can try clearing the app cache and data as accumulated cache can sometimes cause issues with the application.

Here's how you can do it:

  1. Go to "Settings" > "Apps" > "Trend Micro Mobile Security" > "Storage."
  2. Tap on "Clear Cache" and "Clear Data."
  3. Please note that clearing data will log you out of the app, and you may need to sign in again.
