Local online banking app crash with trend Micro.

Recently our local online banking upgraded their software against scammer. After upgrade, the bank do not allow trend Micro user to login, I hve to disable trend Micro to use online banking. So troublesome everytime I want to pay for items I buy, I hve to disable trend Micro.

Hi, I'm having problem logging into DBS DigitBank. They asked me to turn off the Trend Micro before I can log in. 

What's the solution. So troublesome. Pls advise.

For you to replicate the issue, could you provide the following information?  

  • What device are you using to access the bank?
  • Version of the program you are using. 
  • Are you using 2 factor authentication?
  • What error message are you having?
