License not getting active in New phone

I have renewed my mobile security for 1 year and recently changed my phone. I signed off from old device and tried to activate in new device with account details, I am getting logged in but license not activating and shows to purchase again.

Please assist to resolve urgently.

Hi @mahendrakrishnan, 

Have you tried to sign out and sign back in again within the Trend Micro Mobile Security Account settings? If not yet, you can proceed in doing that. 

1.) Open Trend Micro Mobile Security app.
2.) Once you see the scan, scroll down and look for settings within the app.
3.) Inside the settings you should see Account and subscription , under that you should see Trend Micro Account, go to account control and sign out. 
4.) After that it should go back to the page where it will ask if you want to purchase a subscription or already purchased, kindly choose already purchased and sign in again.
