Failure to block spam sms
Trend Micro does not flag or block spam sms, and lately has been flagging as suspicious legitimate non-spam texts.
As a result of not identifying or blocking the spam, one cannot block the numbers.

Welcome to Trend Micro Home Users Community!
It is the Web Guard that protects you from explicit or unwanted websites when you are browsing through your mobile. It has a Protection Level that is used to filter websites.
Low – Block only sites confirmed as fraudulent or dangerous.
Normal – Provide balanced protection without blocking minor risks.
High – Block sites showing any signs of fraud or malicious software.
You may also choose what app to protect. Make sure that your messaging app is enabled from the list of supported apps.
