App does not appear in list of apps

Welcome to the Trend Micro Community.

If you can access the application through appstore, then it's possible that the shortcut is either grouped on your other applications or the shortcut has been removed.

 

If the shortcut has been removed, you can try the following:

 

1. Unlock your iOS device and go to the home screen.

2. Swipe down on the home screen to open the Spotlight search.

3. Type the name of the application you want to restore.

4. Look for the application in the search results.

5. Press and hold the application icon until it starts to jiggle.

6. Drag the application icon back to its original location on the home screen.

7. Release your finger to drop the application icon in place.

8. Press the home button or swipe up from the bottom of the screen to exit the jiggle mode.
