Why is the machine not showing report in the Trend Micro Security Report?

We were advised by one of the chat support agents that it would take a month before the machine reports to the Trend Micro Security Report. It has been more than a month already since we uninstalled and reinstalled the Trend Micro agent.

May I ask when was the last time that you received the monthly security report?

In the meantime, you can sign in to your Trend Micro account to view the Security Report. To do this, do the following:

  1. Sign in on the Trend Micro Account website.
  2. Click the Resources tab, then click the Go to Security Report button.

We are managing several machines from them. The other machines have reports from the Trend Micro Security Report, however, 2 of the Mac machines have no data shown. 

We were advised that it would take a month for the report to be reflected but it has been more than a month already but still nothing was shown.

May we know if the security report is activated on your Mac devices.

To check, please follow these steps: 

  1. Open Trend Micro Antivirus on your Mac.
  2. Click the lock icon to make changes.
  3. Go to Preferences.
  4. Under the Security Report section, check if the switch is turned on.

We already checked the settings before but we didn't find any Security Report-related option from the application.

Could you please check within your trend micro account if the security reports are enabled for the devices that do not receive monthly security reports? To do that you can follow the steps indicated on this link: https://helpcenter.trendmicro.com/en-us/article/tmka-10567.
