VPN Proxy One Pro disconnects on Mac Desktop

Why does the VPN Proxy One Pro disconnect almost daily on my Mac desktop.

Is there a process I should follow to make it stay connected permanently?

Here are the things that might be causing this issue.

Outdated application. The current version is ver 5.6.1443. Here's How to install Trend Micro VPN Proxy One Pro.
Check the app's protocol under settings. Which server/country are you connected?
Conflicting Software. Check for other VPN Apps that might be conflicting with the VPN Proxy One Pro.
