TrendMicro Antivirus on MacAir laptop regularly turning off

Hi, @cynosuresupport!

 

We'd like to ask for the following details to further check on this: 

1. macOS version

2. Trend Micro version

Also, please check if you have other antivirus programs installed which may be conflicting with the Trend Micro program. 

In the meantime, you may temporarily disable Antivirus for Mac and delete the temporary files to resolve this:

1. Open Spotlight, type Trend Micro Antivirus Diagnostic Toolkit, then press RETURN.
2. On the General tab, select Stop Components.

   

3. Click Delete Files under Temporary Files. 

Then turn it back on after:

Open Spotlight, type Trend Micro Antivirus, then press RETURN.
