Trend Micro not scanning after updating MAC to Ventura

​My Mac hasn't been scanned since October 2022, I need to get it working again. The buttons for "update now" and "scan" don't work.​

This usually happens if your Trend Micro program is not up-to-date. Can you please check if your Trend Micro is on its latest version? Here's how to check it: How to check if you have the latest version on Mac.

If you do not have the latest version, please install the latest version.
