Stranger's Security Report received.
Has anyone else received a security report for someone else's computer?

Are you certain it was a security report and not someone's question to the group and may have contained their report?

Very sure. Here is a screenshot, the computer name at the bottom belongs to someone named Wayne. I know this only because I clicked on view details and got all the info meant for Wayne.

Hi @9lizards,
Welcome to Trend Micro Home Users Community!
You should only receive Security Reports about the devices under your license.
The device indicated in the screenshot is not under your active license. May I know if you have another active Trend Micro license?
As the device is not yours, please remove it if it is still visible on your account. Here's how:
1. Go to Trend Micro Account - Licenses.
2. Choose your license and click Manage Device.
3. Click the x mark beside the device.
4. Click Yes to confirm.
