Scan Options macOS Ventura v13.5 not starting

The  "Start Selected Scan” button” is greyed out for ALL Scan Options. I used to run the Full Scan every month or 2.

The Trend Micro Antivirus and both its extensions have Full Disk Access.

I used to be able to select Scan Option and start it. What happened? Now my workaround is to set the Scan Preferencence,  but I really don't want to run a Full Scan each time. Plus, I'd like to run Smart Scans on-Demand, and Custom Scans for specific files.

How can I accomplish this? 

Is this an issue with macOS Ventura v13.5? Do I need to download new SW?

Furthermore, could you please check the scan preference settings to see if any settings are disabled?
