Performance Issue Fixes for Trend Micro Antivirus for Mac 2020

We have released the following fixes to address specific issues and enhance product performance for the latest Trend Micro Security version and its compatibility with MAC Operating System.

 

Before applying the fix below make sure to:

 

1. Check if Trend Micro Antivirus is running the latest version.

          a) On the Menu Bar, click the Trend Micro logo, then select "Open Trend Micro Antivirus".

          b) Click "Trend Micro Antivirus”, then select "About Trend Micro Antivirus".

          c) On the window that will appear, check if the version is 10.0.1686.

 

2. Check the MAC Operating System Version.

          a) On the Menu Bar, click the Apple logo, then select "About This Mac".

The name and version number of your Mac’s operating system appears on the “Overview” tab in the About This Mac window.

          b) Check if the macOS Version is compatible with Trend Micro Antivirus for MAC 2020 by clicking here.
