I have replaced my old PC and transferred my existing security package to the new PC, but now it won't let me activate or update it.

You may use this link to re-install Trend Micro Antivirus for Mac on your computer.

If you are still encountering the issue, here are steps that you can follow:
1. Open the Trend Micro Diagnostic Toolkit.
a. Open Spotlight search box, then type "Trend Micro".
b. Select Trend Micro Antivirus Diagnostic Toolkit
2. Once the Diagnostic Toolkit is open, go to General Tab then click the Delete Files button under Temporary Files.
3. Then do a manual update. Here is a guide on how to perform a manual update:
