hi, thank you for respond.

I already tried the manual way and the other way.

I don't know what's wrong, I just not able to add the icon on the full disk access folder.

Hi daniellekojima,

May we know your current Mac OS version?

Find out which macOS your Mac is using

Also please describe what happens after trying to drag the icon or adding the folder manually. If you can share screenshots of the issue it would help as well.

Can you check if Trend Micro is listed in the Accessibility option as well?

Hi jan_dale_fortatiz,

So my mac version is Catalina 10.15.

After I drag the icon or trying the manual way, literally nothing happens. (I tried to upload the screenshots but did not load)

And, which part of accessibility should I look at?

Thx.

Please make sure to click the unlock icon to authorize the changes to be made. Then you can drag the core service then click the lock icon to save the changes.

Feel free to message us for updates.

Hi, I also have a problem with following the steps as listed in the link "how to enable full disk access".

My issue is that I can't find the iCoreService or the TmccMac files in my Finder. I've now looked manually through the Library and there is not any Trend Micro folder under Library > Application Support. Is there any reason that it would be missing?

I have Trend Micro installed and it lists an expiry date of August 2021.

Thanks
