Daily pop-up not accepting my password

Every morning I get a pop-up that says "Trend Micro Antivirus for Mac wants to make changes. Enter your password to allow this". It does not accept my password. I have even reset my password and it still won't accept it. This has been happening for months and I have just been cancelling out of it, but I would like it to be resolved. I am using a MacBook Pro.

Please try to put your computer password when Trend Micro Antivirus for Mac is asking for a password to make changes on your computer.

Are you trying to reset your Trend Micro account password or the Trend Micro program console password? Let us so we know where to proceed with this.

@rochellemae_bautista OMGosh I feel like such a dufus! I assumed it wanted my antivirus password not my mac password hahahaha. Thanks, the other password worked - problem solved :-)
