Client Key
I am trying to unlock my vault on ID Production and can't find my client key??? It describes how you can find client key by going into vault and tap on the icon in the top right corner? I have no icon in the top right corner.
Very frustrating.
Any ideas?

Hi @bgold,
Welcome to Trend Micro Home Users Community.
In order to unlock the Vault of Trend Micro ID Protection, you must enter your Trend Micro Password then enter your client key.
Based on your description, it seems like you've set up the Vault before, that's why you are getting the instructions to get the client key on the icon on the top right corner, like the image below.
However, you will only see that icon at the top right corner on an unlocked vault.
You will need to enter your client key manually or scan the client key qr code which was provided on your initial vault setup. On the initial setup, you are reminded to save your client key, since this is necessary on unlocking your vault. Another option is to get your client key on other devices that has an unlocked vault.
