May I know on what is the VPN App that you are using? Is it Mobile Security's Web Guard, VPN Proxy One Pro or ID Protection?

Kindly provide the Device Type (Computer, Mobile Phone) and the Operating System (Windows, Android 14, iOS) as well.

This info will be helpful so we can provide troubleshooting steps for this issue.
