i am using an Apple iPad 5 iOS VPN app version is the latest one that recently auto downloaded. It just will not stay connected. I am in Australia and unfortunately I am not very tech savvy so please make your answer as simple as you can.
Just for clarification, can you please confirm the Trend Micro VPN product that you're using? Is it the VPN Proxy One Pro or Mobile Security's Web Guard?
Can you also provide the exact iOS version of your iPad, you can follow the step below to get that information.
Go to Settings
Go to General
Click on About
Kindly check if you have any other VPN applications installed on the iPad besides Trend Micro that might conflict.
