Trend Micro VPN interferes with my printer connection and initial connection to internet

Ever since I enabled Trend Micro VPN it has interfered with my wireless printer and the internet when I start my computer. To print anything I need to disconnect the VPN and for the internet I need to do a restart. It's frustrating and not time efficient. I'm also finding reduced internet speed. Is there anything I can do to fix these issues.

To assist you better, can you tell us the version of the VPN Proxy One Pro?

Also, kindly try the steps from this link to try and fix the printer issue.

Hi I have software version 5.8.1012. I follow the steps in the link above for my Brother printer. However it is annoying to disable the VPN every time I wish to print. Along with restarting my computer everytime I boot it up to be able to access the internet.

Hi @debb5pt ,

Due to the printer and the PC no longer being on the same network, the print job is unable to locate the path to the printer. Printing functionality will be restored once the VPN is disconnected.
