Hello Trend Micro,
How are you ?
I have had the Trend Micro for several years. It works great.
However, as of late, My Trend Micro Box, at certain times turns red. I disconnect the power for a few seconds. I disconnect the ethernet cable. No response. Then all of a sudden it turns to solid green.
I do not want to reset, I don't want any of my app settings changed or deleted.
What are the reasons for this ?
How can I prevent this ?

The solid red status indicates No internet Connection. If you are experiencing this issue at certain times, it can be caused by intermittent connection.
