parental controls on modem

Hello, I was using Telstra Broadband Protect to block the internet time at night so my children would not play the playstation all night.  Is there any way I can do this with Trend Micro?

Hi, fabrowitt

Welcome to Trend Micro Home Users Community

As long as your PlayStation is connected to the Home Network Security devices you can use time limits to cut the internet off the PlayStation at a certain time.

You can check the link below on how you can configure time limits.

How to set up Time Limits (Home Network Security)

In case you need more help, please let us know immediately.

Hello, Thank you for your reply.  I tried that but then it sends me to a link to buy a security station.

Hi, fabrowitt

Thank you for your response,

For the time-limits you are required to have a Home Network Security station of Trend Micro.

If you already have a Network Security station all you need to do is configure the time limits of the PlayStation device

To Configure Time Limits On your mobile device you can follow the steps below

1.Open the Home Network Security app.

2.Tap the Menu icon.

3.Tap Family, then select the profile you want to configure.

4.Under Parental Controls, tap Time Limits.

5.Select the days affected from Monday to Sunday.

In case you need more help, please let us know immediately.
