Notification says update needed, tried to activate but no response from Mocro

Screen message advise that "Update Needed" but unable to activate update.

To provide you with the best assistance, could you please share the current version of your Trend Micro software? Once you've got that, let's proceed with the troubleshooting steps below: 

 1. Click "Stop components" to Temporarily disable protection of Trend Micro
 2. Click on "2. Delete Now" to delete the security updates.
 3. Click "Start Components" and try to update again.
