To prevent your subscription from getting automatically renewed , you can turn off the Automatic Renewal of your subscription by following these steps:
1.) Sign in to your Trend Micro Account on this link: https://account.trendmicro.com/ 2.) Click on Licenses tab. 3.) Under the licenses tab it should show the subscriptions that you have, kindly look for your existing license that is about to renew and at the right side of that there is a "Cancel Subscription" button , click that so you can turn off the Automatic Renewal for the subscription.
