VPN says I need an active subscription but I already have one

My VPN or Wifi Protection App wont work with my subscription. I removed and redownloaded it from the play store. Ive logged out and logged it. But it always tells me to buy. Can I get some help?

Are you using the same account that you used to purchase Trend Micro VPN Proxy One Pro to activate the program?

If VPN Proxy One Pro on Android continuously asks you to buy a subscription even though it has already been paid, you can try the following steps:

Step 1: Force stop the VPN Proxy One Pro app on your Android device.

Step 2: Clear the app cache and data for VPN Proxy One Pro.

Step 3: Uninstall and reinstall the VPN Proxy One Pro app.

Step 4: Sign in to your VPN Proxy One Pro account using the same credentials used for the purchase.

Step 5: Restore your subscription by following the on-screen instructions.
