Hi, subhada.
May I know your VPN Proxy One Pro version? You can change it through the 3-line icon in the top-right corner then tap About.
You can change the VPN Server Location by tapping it and then choosing from the available locations on the drop-down.
In case there's an issue, try to reinstall the app then check if it will resolve the problem.
