Problem on Installing Trend Micro WiFi Protection

I'm trying to install the Trend Micro WiFi Protection feature on my PC (Windows 10) but whenever I press download, it leads me to the Microsoft store and it says that "VPN Proxy One Pro is currently not available." P.S  Please refer to the photo below.

This happens when your setting was set to "Allow apps from the Store only" when installing the software. Please check your computer setting, disable allow apps from the store only. Here's how:

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Click on Update & security.
  3. Click on For developers on the left panel.
  4. Switch on Install apps from any source including loose files option.
  5. Click Yes to confirm the risks involved in running an app outside the Windows Store.
  6. Restart your computer if applicable to complete the task.

After following the steps, you may proceed on installing Trend Micro Public WiFi Protection.

@tm_kim  I'm from asia and it won't let me download becuase it turns my Microsoft Store's region into U.S. Maybe that's why it won't download, It's unavailable in my region.

The app is available in the USA, Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, and Singapore. 

 

It's not available in European countries, @tom_emmelot.

I think it got to do that you are in the EU, I am in Amsterdam and got the same problem when i try to download!
