Password Manager

I am having issues with Password Manager.  It does not auto save, or auto fill passwords in 3 browsers....Microsoft Edge, Chrome and Firefox.   I have deleted password manager and Trend Micro and reinstalled several times.   Is there a way to delete all the passwords that I imported and start fresh.  I know you can do it individually, but I am asking deleting them all at one time.   I also use Windows 11

We would like to take a look at this closely I would like to ask further description and explanation of the symptoms you are experiencing.

 

Also, please provide us the following information:

 

1. Browser version
2. Exact error message on the Trend Micro password manager extension 

3. Screenshots of the problem if possible.

 

For deleting your passwords, you can delete all of them at once in the management console. Just log in your Trend micro account in the website link below.

no error messages......
How can I delete any passwords that I imported----not individually.....
Can I change my email address to give myself a new profile to start from scratch?

So I deleted all the passwords to start from scratch.  Nothing is auto saving.  Not real happy with this app.
Can I change my email address to give myself a new profile to start from scratch?

Kindly check the Trend Micro password manager extension in your browser if it has any error message.

 

If it has, you may follow the instructions below to resolve the concern.

 

"Unable to Help with Your Passwords"
