May we know if that error appears after clicking the Add VPN button?

If the issue still persists as of late, you may uninstall the WiFi Protection program and re-install it once more. Please make sure to get the correct installer from this link:

How to install VPN Proxy One Pro

Please make sure that your machine time and date, and time zone are set to automatic. Trend Micro WiFi Protection may also cause unwanted performance behavior if you have another VPN app.
