Can't Disable Notifications nor Banners Andriod
Using phone navigation set to always be on top. VPN notifications disabled. Banners turned off.
While driving, Banners cover navigation. Sometimes the app opens to show that other apps don't have VPN protection!
Dangerous! Need to close the VPN app and switch back to navigation while driving!

This happens because your device uses Power Saving Mode for power monitoring which stops or sleeps the apps running in the background to save battery.
May I know what is the model of your phone and the version of Trend Micro installed? Also, can you send us the screenshot of the banner that you're referring to? You may refer to this link below:
