[How-To] Create a discussion thread in private

Here is how to create a new conversation in private when you need to provide personal information to us (e.g. email address, phone number, serial number etc.):

1. In the community web page, click NEW POST button.
2. Summarize your question or problem for the conversation title, then click NEXT button.
3. In New Conversation page, fill out more or modify post content, and tick POST THIS CONVERSATION PRIVATELY? before you post. 
4. After posted, the conversation will be private (a lock icon  will be shown), and the content is only visible to you and Trend Micro. 

Make sure you post in private when you need to protect your personal information next time!
