I am without security because I believed i would have security from this as it said there was 3 devices I could install this product that belonged to me

After latest Trend upgrade the Trebd icon drops onto taskbar abd remains open. Prior version cam up with square announcement stating pc was protected and then disappeared. This on Win 10 pc and also Win 11 after installing. Could anyone help please?
