Your software is taking 95% of my CPU and over half of my memory and I can't stop it.

Welcome to TM Home users Community, a public site where volunteers try to help each-other , also there are TM Employees that can give answers, that is only at working hours.
I dont know the program that is disturbing you (screenshot of the task-manager will help)
in the meanwhile try this:
Slow PC performance due to high CPU or memory usage of CoreServiceShell.exe
