Your Product won't activate AND I'm overcharged!

I was charged $172.82 for a 1 year renewal of Maximum Security Plus on Feb 23 and yet my account says this has expired AND to renew it is much less than I was charged. This is the second year in a row of disappointment

We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you but the charge was because of the Automatic Renewal feature of your subscription. The reason for the price difference is that the prices online depends on the promotional packages available while the auto-renewal price is based on the original price of the product. And checking the order confirmation email you received, the serial number was not included that's why the subscription was not extended. We cannot make any adjustments anymore since the order is in process for a refund already. Just wait for 5-7 business days for the amount to be credited back to your account.
